Drone & Aerial Operations
Legal Liaison: By working through accredited local partners, MICE Films Asia ensures that all on-site activities adhere to national labor laws, media regulations, and immigration requirements, providing a "zero-risk" legal environment for the hiring client.
Permit Facilitation: The Company coordinates with registered local sponsors to facilitate mandatory government filings, such as PUSPAL applications in Malaysia and Thailand Film Office permits.
Aerial cinematography is conducted with strict adherence to the civil aviation authorities of the host country (e.g., CAAS in Singapore, CAAT in Thailand, and CAAM in Malaysia).
Certified Pilots: All UAS (Unmanned Aerial System) operations are performed by certified pilots with valid commercial licenses.
Permit Management: MICE Films Asia, through its local partners, manages the submission of flight activity permits and "No-Fly Zone" (NFZ) clearances.

Professional Indemnity: Coverage includes "Errors and Omissions" (E&O) to protect the client’s investment against accidental technical failure or data loss during the production cycle.
Data Privacy & GDPR
The Company adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Secure Workflow: All digital assets are stored on RAID-protected, encrypted local storage.
Retention Policy: Raw footage and project files are archived for a standard period of 12 months post-delivery, after which they are securely decommissioned unless otherwise stipulated in the client contract.
